Did Sean Hayes take any inspiration from other TV dads for his role as a father on his new TV series, “Sean Saves the World”?

While Sean Hayes, 43, says that his favorite TV dads include Archie Bunker from “All in the Family” and Cliff Huxtable from “The Cosby Show,” he didn’t really take anything from those other pop-culture papas for “Sean Saves The World.” “I drew my inspiration from my own experience with one of my nieces, and then being an observer of all of my friends that do have children,” says the Chicago, Illinois, native and former “Will And Grace” star, who’s single and has no kids of his own. “There is so much more you can learn as an outsider, so I try to take what I learn from watching and apply it to this role.”
